In the company MED TRUST družba za proizvodnjo in trgovino d.o.o. (»MED TRUST d.o.o.«) we give a very high priority to protection of your personal data as we are aware of their importance. Therefore, below we describe the system of collection, processing and protection of your personal data during your visit of our website wellion.si.
 
 
2. Collection and processing of data
 
a) Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookie is a small text file created on your device when you access our website. Without your explicit and prior consent, we will use only cookies necessary for carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network or those necessary in order for MED TRUST d.o.o. to provide the service which was explicitly requested by you.

“PHPSESSID”: this cookie is used to to analyse users’ behaviour on our website with a purpose to improve and make the use of our home website more efficient.
»ccNoPopup«: this cookie remembers your decision on consent or rejection of use of other cookies on our website. This cookie expires in 90 days after your decision on use of cookies on our website.
We will not transfer data collected with use of cookies to third persons.

b) Access logging and use of Google Analytics
When you access the website and with each download of a file from the website we collect the following data:

1. your IP address,
2. name of the transmitted file,
3. date and time of access to the website,
4. size of the downloaded data from our website,
5. notice on successful download, and
6. information on the web-browser.

Collected data are also anonymized and for statistical purposes submitted to Google Analytics tool. For anonymization the last set (octet or 8 bits, or 80 bits if IPv6 protocol is used) of the IP address is deleted which prevents identification of an individual IP address. Google Analytics may use also the following cookies for its operation:

• cookie »__utma« that is used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics and expires after two years since it was set or updated.
• cookie »__utmb« that is used to determine new sessions or visits,. and expires after 30 minutes since it was set or updated.
• cookie »__utmc« that is set for interoperability with urchin.js, and expires at the end of browser session.
• cookie »__utmz« that stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached our site, and expires after six months since it was set or updated.
• cookie »__utmv« that is used to store visitor-level custom variable data,  and expires after two years since it was set or updated.
• cookie »_ga« that is used to distinguish users and expires after two years.

c) Processing of personal data obtained through the contact form
If you contact us through the contact form on our website, we collect and process also the following personal data provided by yourself:

1. name and family name,
2. gender,
3. address,
4. telephone number,
5. e-mail address,
6. the company name (if you are contacting us as a representative of the company) and
7. your message.

The collected personal data will be used to make contact with you or your company and for archiving of correspondence with you.
 
We will not use personal data and contact information for other purposes and we will not reveal them to third persons, unless we obtain your permission or if this will be necessary to carry out the contract entered into with you or if so required by the law.
 
We will collect your personal data only after you tick the check box indicating that you agree with such processing of you personal data.
 
We will store personal data submitted through the contact form for one year after receipt of your message, unless we enter into a business cooperation with you or if we are required to store personal data for a longer period in accordance with the data retention laws.
 
Exclusive responsibility for authenticity of the personal data and contact information is on the users of the website.

3. Right to information
 
You have a right to acquaint yourself with the personal data we process about you, to be informed to which third party your personal data were transferred, and to review, change or delete them. For these purposes please send us an e-mail to the address info@medtrust.si.
 
If requested, we will delete your personal data in 15 days from receipt of your request unless we are legally obliged to continue storing them.

4. Protection of your personal data
 
In the company MED TRUST d.o.o. we use technical, organisational and logical-technical security procedures and measures to secure your personal data against loss or destruction and their unauthorised processing. Despite the use of all these measures, we cannot however guarantee the complete security of the data when it is communicated by e-mail. Protection and security of your device is your responsibility. We recommend you to send confidential information by post.
